Vera Choi, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a dedicated psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a keen interest in addressing the stigma surrounding mental health care within Asian American communities. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from Emory University in Atlanta, GA, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY, and a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in psychiatric/mental health across the lifespan from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL. A member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Vera previously worked as a critical care nurse for Emory Healthcare for six years, where she gained valuable clinical experience.
