Phil Monaghan, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, joined Skyland Trail in March 2022. As Vice President of Human Resources, Philip leads staff recruitment and retention; employee compensation and benefits; workplace culture initiatives; and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Philip has extensive experience in human resources, including serving in human resources roles, including senior vice president for human resources, at the American Cancer Society for 13 years and, prior to that, at NTT Data Services for 9 years. He received bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from Wayne State University.
