Inaugural 5K Run/Walk Surpasses Fundraising Goal

Atlanta, GA – Skyland Trail, a nonprofit mental health treatment organization, raised more than $76,000 through the inaugural Skyland Trail 5K Run/Walk, held on Saturday, September 10, 2022, at the J. Rex Fuqua Campus for adolescents. The proceeds will support the Mark C. West Financial Aid Program at Skyland Trail, which provides aid awards to help patients who demonstrate financial need access and complete the nationally recognized treatment program. Nearly 300 individuals participated in the Skyland Trail 5K Run/Walk.

The 2022 Skyland Trail 5K Run/Walk presenting sponsor is ZWJ Investment Counsel. Other sponsors include: Yancey Bros.
