Visitor Lists & Rules

With the client’s permission, family members are automatically included on a client’s visitor list. Clients meet with their Primary Counselor to identify non-family who would be appropriate visitors.

Typically, unless clinically inappropriate, we do not restrict visitation. However, if safety issues become an issue the treatment team reserves the right to manage frequency of visitation.

Visitors must pre-register at least 24 hours prior to each visit. Visitors should visit the online family guide for information on how to sign-up to visit. Contact your loved one's Primary Counselor if you do not have the username and password to access the online family guide.

Visiting Hours

Visiting hours for Rollins Campus are:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 5:30−8:30 PM Eastern
• Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 AM−1:30 PM and 5:30−8:30 PM Eastern

Visiting hours for South Campus are:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 5:30−8:30 PM Eastern
• Saturday and Sunday: 2:30−5:30 PM and 5:30−8:30 PM Eastern

All visitors are required to sign in at the staff office upon arrival and to sign out when leaving the campus after a visit.

Visitors are limited to legal guardians and siblings ages 12 and older.

• Saturday and Sunday: 1:00-2:30 PM

All visitors must sign in and present photo ID to staff upon arrival and to sign out when leaving the campus after a visit.
