The link includes access to Machine Readable Files (MRFs) with detailed costs of items and services under plans offered by Skyland Trail. Cost information for in-network providers includes rates for contracted providers, services, and medical codes. Cost information for out-of-network providers includes rates for non-contracted providers, services, and medical codes and is limited to historical payments for providers with more than 20 claims in the first 90 days of the preceding 180 days.
